Create a Visual Studio PowerShell Project From Existing Files


Do you have a set of existing PowerShell script files, that you want to add to source control, and then author, debug, and test inside Visual Studio PowerShell Tools? If so, this video will walk you through the process of: 1) cloning a Git repository onto the local filesystem, 2) creating a Visual Studio Solution and Project file using PoshTools, 3) adding the existing files into the project, and finally 4) committing the new files to the Git repository and synchronizing with the Git remote.
